Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
- Lead by example, providing excellent service standards and promoting a positive work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and achieve business objectives
- Proven track record in managing a premium dining environment with strong leadership, customer service, and teamwork skills
- Experience in leading a high-performing team, with ability to adapt to dynamic environments and high-pressure situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build effective relationships and motivate staff
- Qualification in Hospitality, Management or related field, with valid RSA certificate
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, opening, and closing shifts
