Job Title: Recruitment ConsultantWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:- Source and attract top hospitality talent
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
- Results-focused with high attention to detail
- Confident in building new and existing relationships
- Articulate in written and oral communication
- Excellent computer skills
- A team-player with the ability to work autonomously
- Strive to be the best and achieve high performance
- Solid knowledge and understanding of the South Australian hospitality market and trends
