Job Title: Construction Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a construction supervisor or site manager located in Central Coast, NSW.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee construction and supervise site activities and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure construction safety by conducting inspections and maintaining clear communication with the Project Team.
  • Coordinate site operations and manage resources effectively.
Requirements:
  • Construction knowledge and experience.
  • Supervisory skills and site supervision experience.
  • Experience with inspections and construction safety.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and be able to lead a team to deliver quality results.
