Transformative Visual Experience

The role entails driving sales performance by promoting Alcon's visualization and diagnostic portfolio to customers. This involves consistent engagement, relationship-building, and showcasing expertise in products benefits and differentiating vs competitive offerings.

You will oversee the entire Alcon Vision Suite portfolio, providing high technical consultancy in assigned accounts. Key responsibilities include driving total Alcon sales performance, gaining sales and market share across digital visualization, microscopy, and diagnostic portfolio, collaborating with teams to provide customer solutions, and promoting, demoing, and training HCPs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Connectivity Expertise: Knowledge of connectivity and digitalization of clinics and operating rooms is essential.
  • Proactive Mindset: A strong proactive and hunter mindset, with an ability to collaborate with other teams to generate leads.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership of their territory as if it were their own business.
  • Technical Communication: Excellent communication skills, both technically and interpersonally.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity & learning agility.
