Property Strategist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Property Strategist to join our leading property investment advisory team. This is a high-performance position that requires a proven track record of sales success within the Property Investment industry.

  • This role involves conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to create a customized property portfolio plan, presenting shortlisted properties, and managing a pipeline of clients throughout various stages of the property purchasing process.
  • You will collaborate with our internal investment lending team to ensure capacity, provide a positive end-to-end client experience, generate new prospects from referrals, and introduce clients to and hand-over to the Member Success team after purchase.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, set high goals, and commit to achieving them while always prioritizing the success of clients.

Essential Skills:
  • A proven track record of sales success within the Property Investment industry.
  • Proficiency in standard computer systems and CRM's.
  • Self-motivation and goal-orientation.
