Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-centric individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative.
About the Role:This is a dynamic position that requires providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the store environment is clean, well-organized, and welcoming for guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
- Standing for long periods of time and lifting moderate loads
- Availability to work flexible hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Willingsness to learn and promote products and sales promotions
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Support team members as needed to achieve business objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
