Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our guests. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to all health and safety standards
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card and mobile payments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain a visually appealing store
