Forensic Mental Health Clinician Role
">We are seeking experienced mental health nurses to join our multidisciplinary team as clinicians in a correctional environment. As a clinician, you will deliver best-practice forensic intervention services, working within the Risk-Needs-Responsivity model to assess and treat individuals with complex needs.
]Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments, to determine individualised treatment pathways.
- Deliver clinical interviews and employ evidence-based assessment tools to inform treatment decisions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, reports, and risk assessment reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide individualised services and support clients in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
- Current driver's licence.
