About the Role

Forensic Intervention Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced nurses to challenge themselves in complex cases and contribute to reducing re-offending rates.

You will be part of a collaborative environment where you can build your reputation in a growing field, working closely with other professionals to deliver best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional setting.

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments.
  • Clinical interviews to determine appropriate treatment pathways.
  • Treatment interventions employing evidence-based assessment tools.
  • Treatment programs involving individual and group sessions.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be registered as a Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses. You must also possess a current driver's license.
