Clinical Forensic Mental Health Specialist

Forensic Intervention Services is seeking experienced psychologists to become clinical staff in a multidisciplinary team.
You will work on complex cases with individuals who have histories of violent and sexual offending, playing a vital role in reducing reoffending and making the community safer.
The program offers a comprehensive induction process, exposure to national and international experts, mental health support, supervision by senior staff, ongoing professional development, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best-practice forensic intervention in a correctional environment
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk assessments
- Develop treatment plans, reports, and interventions
Requirements include registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and a current driver's licence. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are strongly encouraged to apply.
Work type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: $90,067 - $102,192 per year.
