About the Role

We're seeking a senior lawyer to advise our clients on a wide range of general commercial matters, including business formation, shareholder agreements, capital raising, service contracts, and intellectual property issues.

As a member of our in-house legal team, you'll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop innovative legal products and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Expert Legal Advice: Counsel clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including business formation, shareholder agreements, capital raising, service contracts, and intellectual property issues.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct one-on-one consultations, offer strategic legal advice, and build strong client relationships.
  • Innovative Collaboration: Partner with our marketing and product teams to develop groundbreaking legal products and services.
