
Intervention Specialist

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our team as Intervention Specialists. As an Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to individuals with disabilities and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual;
- Delivering interventions in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and family members to achieve optimal outcomes;
- Documenting and billing for services provided through our electronic participant management system;
We're on the lookout for candidates who possess a relevant tertiary qualification and registration, such as Occupational Therapist (OT), Physiotherapist (PT), Speech Pathologist (SP), Educator (EC), or Social Worker (SW). Additionally, we require at least 12 months of experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families, as well as demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
Desirable skills and qualifications include:
- A positive and flexible approach to work;
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude;
- Commitment to personal and professional growth;
- A valid Australian drivers license;
- NDIS Workers Screening Check;
- Working with Children's Check;
