Job Description

This is a remote position that requires strong leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end program design and delivery, including schedule and milestones, budget, resource, vendor engagements, and contracts management.
  • Establish a new delivery model and drive delivery cadence and tracking.
  • Ensure strong governance by preparing and leading program delivery and steering committee meetings to drive best practice delivery.
  • Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
  • Develop and maintain a timeline/schedule and resource plan.
  • Provide financial forecast and budgeting.
  • Identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide input to the steering committee and regular progress/status reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end Payments related transformation programs.
  • Payment's domain knowledge is a mandatory requirement.
  • Experience leading Cross-Functional teams.
  • A solid Risk & Governance mindset and experience applying delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with various project methodologies, specifically working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders of all levels across multiple lines of business.
