Job Title:

A strategic leadership opportunity has arisen for a high-profile role within the justice sector in the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will oversee multisite operations, primarily based in Darwin CBD and Palmerston, and be responsible for driving commercial performance and collaborating closely with central services teams.

About the Role:
  • Create and manage an effective safety system to safeguard our teams.
  • Ensure we are a trusted partner to our customers - deliver obligations, manage change and scope, build strong relationships.
  • Drive year-on-year growth in revenue and margin percentage.
  • Deliver financial targets including revenue, margin percentage, EBITDA, and cash management.
  • Build constructive relationships with G4S teams.
About You:
  • You will possess a high degree of strategic foresight, stakeholder management skills, particularly in sensitive sectors, and a proven track record in managing complex operations.
  • Senior level Stakeholder Management experience in Corrections, Custodial, or Immigration industries is highly desirable.
  • Strategic planning and vision development expertise.
  • Effective people management and team leadership skills.
  • Commercial and financial management abilities.
  • Collaboration and influencing skills in complex environments.
  • Customer relationship management expertise.
  • Personal resilience and strong leadership qualities.
  • Leading operations, accounts, contracts, safety, and industrial relations experience.
