Executive Assistant Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader in a fast-paced, customer-focused business. The role offers a dynamic and varied workload, with the chance to make a real impact every day.

About the Role

This is a central role within a modern, digital-first business where your organisational skills and initiative will directly contribute to the team's success. You will be the trusted go-to person for the Head of Natural Gas and Electricity, while also gaining valuable exposure to senior leaders across Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers.

  • Manage busy diaries and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and accommodation.
  • Organise team events and celebrations.
  • Administer expenses including purchase orders and credit card reconciliations.
  • Provide limited executive support across the Kleenheat leadership team.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and thrives in a role that makes a real difference every day. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced, complex business supporting a busy executive.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
