Clinical Specialist for Paediatric Neurodiverse Services

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Specialist to join our paediatric team, providing evidence-based speech pathology services to neurodiverse children and their families. You will have autonomy over your caseload, with regular peer support and integrated collaboration with OTs and Psychologists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualised therapy sessions
- Work with children with Autism, ADHD, and developmental language delay
- Coach and educate parents to support carryover at home
- Run small group programs (e.g., school readiness, social communication)
- Collaborate closely with allied health colleagues for integrated care
- Participate in team meetings, reflective practice, and supervision
- Provide mentoring or support to early-career team members (optional)
About You
You are a compassionate clinician who enjoys working in a team while managing your own caseload with confidence. You are passionate about helping children and families thrive, and value a workplace that supports your growth and wellbeing.
Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
- Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- A current Working With Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Interest or experience in working with neurodiverse children
