About the Role

This position is responsible for leading a team to deliver value and manage product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Owner, with prior experience in Product Management or Programme Management also considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the squad in delivering change and lifecycle activities
  • Drive quarterly prioritization process for the squad
  • Manage backlog of initiatives and define metrics that align to strategy
  • Ensure all obligations across customer, regulatory, internal policy and process frameworks are met
  • Identify, articulate and manage risks, dependencies and compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Product Owner experience
  • Prior experience in Product Management or Programme Management
  • Payments Domain experience and knowledge, preferably in DE and/or NPP
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience working within Agile methodology
