Senior Product Ownership Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership role that involves establishing and evolving the product owner chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agile principles.

About the Role
  • Establish and evolve the product owner chapter to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.
  • Provide virtual leadership to product owners across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership, including the creation of a product ownership framework.
Key Qualifications
  • Exceptional ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a product owner or similar with expertise in product ownership practices.
  • Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM).
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals.
  • Leadership experience, including leading cross-functional or virtual teams in Agile environments.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing product owners, either formally through direct reports or informally through community leadership.
