Breakfast Plate Specialist

  • Take responsibility for preparing and plating consistently high-quality dishes, with a focus on seasonality and flavour.
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth early operations and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and presentation styles to deliver a superior dining experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with junior kitchen staff to provide guidance and support in achieving exceptional performance.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a breakfast or high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven ability to motivate diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments and drive excellent results.
  • Excellent organisational skills, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confidence in preparing eggs, pastries, and balanced breakfast dishes, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with front-of-house staff and other departments.
