As a Site Manager, you will supervise a small team of Grain Handlers and perform a wide range of activities involved in the safe and efficient receival, storage and outload of commodities.
In this role you will:
Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team; coach and support development of team members
Get to know, understand and apply our enterprise agreement and people processes
Develop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community
Coordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required services
Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards
Manage programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management.
