Hospitality Ambassador

Meet and greet our valued guests as the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience. This role involves registering owners and guests, sharing knowledge about local attractions, completing administrative tasks, and effectively utilizing communication tools.

• Greet and register owners and guests with a smile.
• Deliver personalized information on local area attractions to enhance their stay.
• Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Utilize communication equipment efficiently, including telephones, faxes, and computers.
• Befriend guests, establish rapport, and generate sales appointments for our resorts and livestream events.
• Collaborate closely with the resort operations team to ensure seamless transitions and outstanding service.
• Craft compelling messages highlighting the benefits of traveling within our community.
• Meet performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the business.

This role requires flexibility to work weekend and public holiday shifts.

• Previous experience in a similar hotel position or hospitality industry.
• A genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service and exploring the local area.
• Superb communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• An enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual with impeccable presentation standards.
• High levels of computer literacy and proficiency in PMS systems.
• The ability to recognize and resolve problems creatively.
• A flexible schedule with willingness to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school breaks.
