Our prestigious organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as Sous Chef. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this role involves leading by example in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation.
This leadership position oversees kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus, quality control, inventory management, and staff supervision. A key responsibility is training junior staff members to maintain consistency in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a passion for innovation in menu development. Experience working in fast-paced commercial kitchens is essential, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and resources.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the culinary team in delivering exceptional dishes
- Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Training and mentoring junior staff members
- Coordinating inventory management and ordering
To succeed in this role, you will require:
