Space Vehicle Development Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in the development of reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems.
This role involves working on various projects that may involve time studies, facility layout planning, statistical analysis, cost/benefit analysis, manufacturing process design, and other areas within industrial engineering.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will work independently and as part of a team on rapid development programs, seeking out requirements with minimal direction, and contributing to the development of reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems.

- Develop technical skills relevant to the role and leadership qualities
- Contribute to the development of reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems
- A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent
- Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for Blue's Mission
- Experience with facility layout planning
- Lean/Six Sigma projects
- Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experience demonstrating leadership qualities
Eligible for additional benefits including relocating to Western Australia or traveling there at least 50% of the time.
