Theatre Operations Manager Position in Port Pirie

The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a dedicated Theatre Operations Manager to support the Operating Theatres team at Port Pirie Regional Health Service.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to deliver person-centered clinical care for patients throughout their peri-operative journey while mentoring less experienced staff.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the NUM and fellow ANUMs to ensure seamless care delivery, assisting in implementing practice changes that enhance patient outcomes, and working alongside the NUM on performance evaluations, recruitment, staffing, and financial planning.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a minimum of 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, hold current registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and demonstrate ability to provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary package is offered, including an estimated $100,343 - $107,279 per annum, plus benefits such as salary sacrifice options, relocation support, and flexible working arrangements.

Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and appropriate immunisation requirements.
