Overview:
The Real Estate Growth Director will drive the success and growth of a social enterprise real estate agency. This includes managing a portfolio of over 350 properties in the Residential & Affordable Housing market.
About the Organisation:
A not-for-profit organisation established to address homelessness through property management, investing all profits into programmes and services for end homelessness.
About the Role:
This role requires driving business growth while tackling the housing affordability crisis. As the Officer in Effective Control, you'll define strategy, execute and enhance profitability. You'll lead a committed team, manage key relationships, and represent the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Refine and execute a board-approved strategy
- Manage internal teams and operations
- Develop the external profile of the agency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Developed strategy and business plans for a property management business
- Strong industry reputation and active participant in the real estate industry
- Managed internal teams and external stakeholders
