Aircraft Airworthiness Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing airworthiness of our aircraft.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Continuing Airworthiness Manager will be based in Richmond, NSW and will play a critical role in maintaining our fleet's compliance with CASR Part 42 regulations and the MOS.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and communicate airworthiness standards that support aviation safety, ensuring the CAMO Exposition is maintained and improved in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and review CAMO outputs to ensure continued compliance with the Coulson Aviation Australia CAMO Exposition, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide leadership and direction to employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management and career development, to ensure the effective operation of the CAMO.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of CASR Part 42 regulations, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
They will also have experience in managing teams, developing strategic plans, and implementing process improvements.
