About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and appearance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain turf areas, including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
  • Implement and maintain horticultural practices, including pruning, planting, and pest control.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient use of equipment and machinery.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • Certificate in Horticulture or Greenkeeping, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in turf management and horticultural practices.
  • ChemCert Accreditation and a valid manual driver's license.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
