Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Doors Maintenance Technician. This position involves attending to breakdowns, performing maintenance activities and repairs on automatic doors, roller shutters and gates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests related to automatic door failures, roller shutter malfunctions and gate issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functioning of our equipment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in the local area.
Requirements
  • A background in the doors industry is preferred but not essential for this role.
  • A qualified electrical license would be advantageous.
  • Previous experience handling emergency calls and resolving complex technical issues is highly valued.
  • A commitment to working safely, adhering to quality standards and delivering exceptional customer service is crucial for success in this position.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are also essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required for this role.
  • Flexibility in participation in a rotational on-call roster is also expected.
