Door System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled automated door technician to fill this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to breakdowns on automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform routine maintenance activities and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our access solutions.
- Maintain adherence to established health, quality, and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS IN THE LOCAL REGION THROUGH PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND ISSUE RESOLUTION.
- Prior experience in the industry is preferred but not essential.
- A qualified electrical license is highly desirable.
- Exposure to breakdowns and the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations is advantageous.
- A strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a focus on quality in all aspects of the job.
- An exceptional customer service mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- A full driver's license is required, and flexibility to participate in a rotational on-call roster is necessary.
