We are looking for an experienced technician to join our high-performing team on the Gold Coast, QLD. No two days are the same as you manage equipment and servicing of automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates across low-rise housing to the world's tallest skyscrapers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to breakdowns on automatic doors, roller shutters, and gates
  • Carry out maintenance activities and repairs
  • Work according to health, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain customer relationships in the local region

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in the doors industry (not essential)
  • Qualified electrical licence (preferred)
  • Exposure to breakdowns is advantageous
  • Commitment to working safely with a focus on quality
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
  • Full drivers' licence
  • Flexibility in participation in a rotational on-call roster
