Head Chef or Sous Chef Role

This job role is focused on preparing and delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Head Chef or Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional guest experiences, and adhering to strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.

  • Key responsibilities include ensuring all meals are cooked to our standards, following national recipes and plating guides, and serving meals as quickly as possible while maintaining quality.
  • Food safety and hygiene are paramount, with the kitchen always being sparkling clean and well-organized.
  • You will also contribute to improving current menu items and developing specials and limited-time offers ideas in conjunction with the Back of House Management team.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing great quality food, a strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
