Product Portfolio Manager for Retirement Solutions

As the Product Portfolio Lead for Retirement, your role is pivotal in shaping our product portfolio to meet the diverse needs of our clients in the retirement planning space. You will define the product vision, set strategic direction, and execute successful go-to-market plans for our suite of retirement-focused offerings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and communicate the strategic direction of our retirement products, informed by market analysis and trends, client needs, and business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, client feedback, and financial metrics.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
