The role
Reporting to the Creative, Social and Digital Media Manager, you will manage and coordinate the workflow and output of the Creative Team, in consulation with the Creative, Social and Digital Media Manager.

This includes overseeing all artistic aspects of the team and providing expert graphic design advice to ensure all work aligns with the department's style guide and communications objectives.

You will also be required to provide strategic advice to management, and assist with divisional strategic planning activies as required.

The successful person
To be successful in the role, you will have experience managing and mentoing a team, including allocating and prioritising work. This includes ensuring all creative assets are produced to a high standard, often within tight deadlines.

You will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Audition, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom) and have strong practical knowledge of the technical requirements of graphic design, photography, video production, animation, sound recording, editing and dispatch.
