We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapeutic Support Manager to join our team at Lifestyle Solutions. As a Therapeutic Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Provide support, supervision, and guidance to a team of Youth Support Workers
- Manage and maintain rosters and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
- Service Delivery
- Day-to-day management of the services, creating a home-like environment for children and young people
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of case plans and leaving care plans in consultation with Case Managers
- Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Ensure team members are following legislative and OOHC standard requirements
- Manage complaints and respond to allegations or concerns raised in consultation with Service Specialist (Senior Manager)
- Experience and Qualifications
- Relevant management experience of children and young people in Out of Home Care with complex care needs
- Experience managing staff who regularly face crisis situations
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication and administration skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of multidisciplinary teams and in partnership with other services
