Job Opportunity:

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual looking for a challenging role in construction?

As a Building Associate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and standards on our work sites.

  • Coordinate and inspect work sites to guarantee adherence to guidelines;
  • Collaborate with site managers and other teams to organize and coordinate works efficiently;
  • Develop cost estimates and project timelines;
  • Interpret and prepare technical drawings and documents;
  • Stay updated on local regulations and industry standards;
  • Coordinate the mobilization of resources as needed;
  • Utilize specialized equipment and tools in your daily tasks;

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant diploma-level qualification;
  • 3 years of experience considered in lieu of formal qualification;
  • Proven track record in site management and coordination;
  • Good understanding of WHS regulations;
  • Ability to manage multiple building projects simultaneously;
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams;
