Job Description

As a Construction Coordination Manager, you will oversee the coordination of construction, site management, and commissioning resources across our project portfolio.

This role involves leading and motivating the Construction Coordination team with a strong focus on meeting all stakeholder requirements.

  • Oversight of the overall program of construction and commissioning resources, ensuring optimal allocation across projects.
  • Development and management of outage plans, aligning maintenance and project schedules to minimize risks and delays.
  • Driving compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience managing construction/commissioning resources and outage coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HV/LV environments and compliance requirements.
  • Proven people leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams.
