Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship
    Includes off-market trades, CHESS conversions, minor to adult transfers, invoicing and letters, and issuer to CHESS conversion services.
  • Deceased Estates
    This includes opening sole survivor accounts, managing paperwork, checking ASIC/ASX compliance, invoicing, journaling funds, and bankruptcy estate management.

To Be Successful

  • You should have a finance degree or 12 months back-office broking experience.
  • You should possess professional approach, good communication skills, and ability to meet daily deadlines.
  • You should be adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic with the capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
