The School is seeking a Head of Junior School commencing January 2026 on a 5-year contract, with the option to renew.The Head of Junior School is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Junior School (Years K–6).

The Head of Junior School leads a team of committed staff and takes responsibility for supporting the development of team members across all areas of the Junior School's operation.A consummate problem solver, the Head of Junior School builds meaningful relationships across all areas of the School community that are characterised by generosity, kindness, humility and integrity.
Supported by an experienced Junior School leadership team and working alongside our K-12 Dean of Teaching and Learning and Dean of Curriculum, our new Head of Junior School will join a thriving academic and pastoral community.Applications close on Sunday 28th September 2025.Responsibilities Lead strategic and day-to-day leadership of the Junior School (Years K–6) as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.Inspire and nurture a thriving staff culture and lead with integrity, insight, grace and conviction.Lead a team of staff and support development across all areas of the Junior School's operation.Build meaningful relationships across the School community characterised by generosity, kindness, humility and integrity.Collaborate with the K-12 Dean of Teaching and Learning and the Dean of Curriculum to support the academic and pastoral community.Qualifications and Expectations Note: The original description does not enumerate formal qualifications.
