Solar Campaigns Manager

RACV is embarking on a transformative journey to deliver a cleaner energy future for its members and customers. As a key member of the RACV Energy team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving RACV's solar sales and acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive the delivery of the RACV Solar cross-channel acquisition strategy to achieve commercial and residential solar sales targets.
- Plan, scope, and lead the execution of sales-driving activity and product launches across multiple channels – digital, ATL, promotions, and events.
- Monitor website performance and drive opportunities to improve UX & lead conversion.
- Coordinate the delivery of an integrated communications plan with RACV marketing and media & communications.
- Partner with the commercial sales team to act as the conduit between commercial customers and RACV's marketing & communication functions.
- Deliver key insights that support the optimisation of marketing investment phasing and make recommendations to optimise the allocation of the solar marketing budget.
- Initiate analysis of campaign outcomes and performance versus lead, sales & revenue targets to identify opportunities to optimise activity and sales outcomes.
- Tertiary qualified with a business or marketing degree.
- Minimum 5+ years solar marketing, campaigns, and sales experience.
- Deep subject matter expertise in residential and commercial solar.
- A proven track record of driving growth, developing partnerships, and delivering successful product sales campaign launches.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and assess trade-offs effectively.
