**Job Title:** Support WorkerAs a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities and providing support services such as domestic assistance, social support, respite, and personal care.This includes promoting client choice, positive routines, and meaningful activities that enhance their quality of life.You will work shifts in set time blocks/pattern rostering and drive client and company vehicles as required.Your key responsibility will be to support clients proactively to enhance their life choices both at home and in the community.You will also be responsible for reporting changes in clients' health, care plans, or if additional services are needed.Minimum requirements include completion of Certificate III in Individualised Support, Home & Community Services, Aged Care, or equivalent. You must also hold a current full driver's license and a current Level 2 First Aid Certificate & CPR.
