Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team, providing quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, including household cleaning, personal care, meal preparation and transportation.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to develop genuine connections with your clients and make a positive impact on their lives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and household cleaning
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as required
