The Role:

Survey Manager

Take charge of the survey team for the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Project, overseeing daily operations and ensuring project milestones are met. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will manage resources, liaise with stakeholders, and uphold quality and safety standards while mentoring a high-performing team.

Senior Surveyors

Lead and execute advanced survey tasks for the T2D Project, including cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys. Collaborate with the project team to deliver accurate and efficient results, ensuring compliance with project requirements and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate survey activities across project phases
  • Conduct and oversee cadastral, engineering, and construction surveys
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards
  • Mentor and develop junior surveyors and team members
  • Utilize advanced survey technologies and tools to deliver precise results

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Surveying or Geospatial Engineering (University or TAFE)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within large infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in survey tools and software such as 12d, AutoCAD, and Trimble
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills (for Survey Manager)
  • Current driver's license and White Card (General Construction Induction)
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required

Benefits and Salary:

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary package above market rates. Additional benefits include paid overtime and company incentives, flexible working arrangements, and a fully equipped company vehicle, phone, and laptop provided.

Estimated Annual Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 depending on experience.
