Job Description

This critical role supports our expanding defense-related new building endeavors. As a key figure within LR Australia, you will be responsible for overseeing Material, Equipment, and Components (MEC) Certification for defense-related projects in Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee MEC processes from inquiry to certification.
  • Assume accountability for client training and education.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, teams, and clients.
  • Liaise with LR surveyors and expert teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree or equivalent from a tertiary organisation recognised by Lloyd's Register within the relevant field of engineering or physical science is required. Membership of an appropriate professional institution and working towards or achieving charted or incorporated engineering status is also essential.
