Maintenance Fitter Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our team.

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships are essential
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to demonstrate root cause analysis are critical
  • Demonstrated experience in preventative maintenance, fault finding, and troubleshooting is necessary

This role requires your proven background in mechanical trades, pneumatics, and hydraulics. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on increasing plant efficiency and maintaining high-end manufacturing equipment.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, attending to breakdowns, and providing technical support to the production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform scheduled maintenance
  • Investigate and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production targets and improve overall efficiency
Requirements:
  • Certified Mechanical Trade Qualification or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace
