As a Non-Conformity Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working in partnership with the warehouse and quality teams to identify and address defects and non-conformities on purchased parts
  • Plan and organise activities and resources during the issue management to reduce downtime and flow on effects to the production line
  • Escalate and provide solutions for ongoing non-conformities
  • Take a hands-on approach to inbound inspections of parts/packaging and stock levels in conjunction with logistics and quality teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in quality control or manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus
