Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to supervise and manage shift activities in our Bulk Fuel business.

About the Role

  • Promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring commitment to quality requirements
  • Monitoring shift activity to ensure schedules are being executed as planned, and intervening where resources are running behind
  • Effective management of driver workforce to provide efficiency
  • Optimizing equipment and operational tasks to deliver productive outcomes through resource utilization
  • Proactive management of customer relationships
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

We require a supply chain expert with robust knowledge of Transport and Logistics, preferably with experience in a similar role. You should possess:

  • An organized approach to work, with high attention to detail
  • Highly developed negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge with exposure to transport scheduling systems
