Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic professional to lead our customer service efforts across multiple social media channels. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be the voice of our brand, driving engagement and advocacy through every interaction with customers and prospects.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to customers via social media, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex complaints as needed.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our Brand & Social Media Team to ensure seamless communication and a unified brand tone across all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to our policies and procedures, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, utilizing your excellent communication skills to resolve issues and meet their needs.
  • Detect and raise potential brand and reputational risks, taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Communicate in a relatable and engaging brand tone, posting high-quality content across multiple social channels.
  • Think creatively and develop innovative solutions to address customer concerns.
