Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our social media team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support across various social media channels.

Your role will involve driving brand advocacy through every interaction with customers and prospects, ensuring that our brand is represented in a unified and relatable tone. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our broader Brand & Social Media Team to stay equipped with the latest information and support customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer support for a variety of issues and general enquiries across our social media channels.
  • Detect and escalate possible brand and reputational risks.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, posting engaging content across multiple social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Develop creative solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve trending complaints and complex customer communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to verification processes to support prompt resolution of complaints and complex customer communications.
