The Product Coordinator role is a pivotal position within our organization, ensuring the quality and integrity of athletic apparel products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product coordinators are responsible for managing and tracking lab dips, strike-offs, and bulk approvals.
  • They conduct fabric testing for both bulk and development stages to ensure quality assurance.
  • Product coordinators maintain the lab dip, fabric, color, and design library, sourcing trims as directed.
  • They follow up with suppliers on sample/submission statuses.
  • Administrative support is provided to the product team, including managing color palettes and updating tech packs.
  • Product coordinators assist the design team in preparing fabric and yarn briefings for suppliers.
  • They support the creation of mood boards to identify seasonal trends aligned with desired aesthetic.
  • CAD support is provided for print and graphic design.
  • Product coordinators attend product meetings and range reviews.
  • Regular competitor analysis and store visits are conducted to stay on top of market trends.
  • Assistance is provided in and attendance at fit sessions.
  • Bulk fabric approvals must meet quality and testing standards.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Print and technical apparel design experience is advantageous.
  • A solid understanding of fabrications, testing, and design processes is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Previous experience with AP21 and PLM systems is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Team players with a proactive mindset are preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders is necessary.
