What you will need to succeed :

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and memorable shopping experiences
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and drive to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Good listening skills and constructive use of feedback
  • Full availability for late-night trading, weekends, and Monday to Wednesday daytime hours
  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
